Everything marked in orange is a gap we need Darren to fill — a number, a figure, a photo. The layout and wording are a starting point to react to, not a finished site.
House and garden clearances, office strip-outs, builders' waste and single bulky items. You point at the pile — we do the lifting.
Clearance is priced by how much room your waste takes up in the van — not by the day, and not by the skip. These are the usual steps; Darren sets the prices.
Darren to confirm both lists — the right-hand one matters most, because it saves a wasted trip.
If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
A skip on the road needs a council permit and a delivery slot. We turn up, load, and go — often the same day.
A skip is a box you fill yourself. We carry it out of the house, down the stairs and into the van.
No skip sat outside for a week collecting the neighbours' rubbish.
Text or WhatsApp a picture of the pile. It's the fastest way to a firm price.
You'll know the cost before we start. No hourly rates, no surprises on the day.
We load everything, sweep up after ourselves and leave the space usable.
A waste transfer note showing where your waste went — your legal proof it was handled properly.
Householders have a legal duty of care to check their waste carrier is registered. If waste from your home is fly-tipped by an unregistered carrier, you can be fined for it. Ours is above — check it on the Environment Agency's public register.
Before-and-after pictures sell this work better than any wording. Two phone photos of the same corner is all it takes.
Quickest is a phone call — 01223 000 000. Or send the details and Darren will come back to you.
This form isn't connected yet. Once the wording is agreed it hooks into the site's existing enquiry handling, and submissions land in the admin area.
